The Microbiology Laboratory performs tests to confirm the effectiveness of Ultra-Fresh treatment in customers’ products. The Chemistry Laboratory measures the amount of Ultra-Fresh or Silpure in treated products, and develops new antimicrobial treatments. The Applications Laboratory reproduces industrial processes on a small scale in order to develop new applications for Ultra-Fresh.
