Using the Ultra-Fresh Brand
The Ultra-Fresh brand is available without charge for all Ultra-Fresh customers to use for their marketing and packaging. The brand is used around the world on a variety of products, including hosiery, apparel, bedding, furniture, kitchen and bathroom products, carpets and flooring. The process only requires the signing of a simple Trademark License Agreement. Before an agreement can be signed, the treated articles must be tested in the TRA laboratories to demonstrate the efficacy of the Ultra-Fresh treatment. In addition customers are required to submit draft copies of any advertising or packaging that uses the Ultra-Fresh brand to TRA for review before the final treated articles are released to the market. The object of this review is to make sure that the Ultra-Fresh brand is being used correctly and that the claims made on the packaging are in agreement with the test results. In some countries there are restrictions on what claims can be made. TRA can assist their customers in complying with the local regulations. A CD is available upon signing the agreement that provides final art for advertising, brochures, website, trade show and packaging purposes. Information on how to use the Ultra-Fresh brand is included. While TRA does their best to assist customers, they can take no responsibility for the advice given when it concerns the legal requirements in a given jurisdiction. Every TRA customer is encouraged to make sure that their product and packaging comply with all local regulations. The Ultra-Fresh trademark is registered in more than 16 countries around the world. |
